We hope the current Bitachon 2 module is inspiring and helpful! Attached are the flyer for our next ACTT event at Congregation Ohr Torah on Sunday, August 30, 2009 at 8:00pm and the Kavanah During Davening 4 Module Packet. You can also see event information on the ACTT web site Events page, hear event audios on the Audio page, and can download the module packets from the Modules page . You might also want to check out the new items added to the Links page.
The Kavanah During Davening Module 4 has been expanded into the Raritan Valley Tefillah Initiative, which is a collaborative effort of ACTT and the V’Ani Tefillah Foundation. We are hoping for 100% participation of all the members of the 8 orthodox shuls in Raritan Valley. Membership in ACTT is not required to actively participate in the Tefillah Initiative.
A weekly newsletter and other inspirational and informative material about tefillah will be e-mailed to all ACTT members and to all those who participate in the Tefillah Initiative who are not members of ACTT. This material will be provided by the V’Ani Tefillah Foundation. Over 100 shuls throughout the world have already participated in a similar program under the auspices of the V’Ani Tefillah Foundation.
We will be using “Praying With Fire 2” by Rabbi Heshy Kleinman as our source book, which will be available for a discounted purchase at the launch event on August 30th and from the Judaica Gallery, the supplier of the books for the initiative. We are privileged and honored to have Rabbi Kleinman as our featured speaker on August 30th.
We look forward to seeing you on Sunday August 30th and wish you much continued success with the ACTT program and with everything else that you do! May our many individual and collective efforts help to alleviate any hardships that we and all of Klal Yisrael are experiencing and to hasten the coming of Mashiach Tzidkeinu bimheirah biyameinu!!
Make it a great week,
Jonathan Abrahams, Wendy Bar, Joe Friedman, Alice Gordon, Phil Rosen, & Aviva Siegel
