The Schneiders just visited Karnei Shomron and took some photos with Mayor Herzl Ben Ari and Sondra Baras, the project coordinator, of 4 of the 20 caravans now in place for new families to move into since the government will not allow new construction over the Green Line. OT members recently generously contributed to underwrite this vital project.
